Anytime we are directly experiencing via our senses or aware of our state of mind or heart – we are being Mindful. There is growing research showing that when you train your brain to be more Mindful it rewires the brain; and we are happier, sleep better, chronic pain diminishes. Mindfulness also reduces anxiety and depression, ADHD, and boosts our immune system.

It is a way to take charge of the direction and quality of our lives, including our relationships within the family, our relationship to work and to the larger world and planet, and most fundamentally, our relationship with ourselves as a person.
