In Mindful Meditation we learn to develop
moment to moment awareness
It is in this moment to moment awareness that we learn to live in the now in a non-judgemental way. Mindfulness is something that when intergrated in our daily lives it allows us to be more present and engaged in everthing we do; in addition it helps reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, GI issues and everyday stress.

Hi! I'm Dr. Deb and this is Winston, my meditation buddy.
I am a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I've owned a private practice in Allentown for 20+ years and have taught Mindfulness techniques to my clients for most of that time.
As I devote more time to the teaching of Mindfulness to individuals and groups in the area I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to share this ancient art of mediation and mindfulness with others.
