Silent

Retreat

1/2 day retreat

This 1/2 day silent retreat is open to all persons who currently enrolled or have already completed one of Dr. Deb's 8 week trainings in Mindfulness.

It is an opportunity to seamlessly practice all aspects of mindfulness lead by Dr. Deb

If you are currently enrolled in one of Dr. Deb's classes there is no need to register for this retreat; it is included in the 8 week program of both the Mindfulness in Everyday Life and MBSR programs.

8 week program

In the Mindfulness in Everyday Life program, you will learn to access and cultivate your natural capacity to actively engage in caring for yourself and find greater balance, ease and peace of mind and reduce your level of stress and anxiety.  This program is an abridged 17hr vs. 25hr full MBSR program.  


You do not need prior meditation or mindfulness experience to participate in either the MBSR or Mindfulness in Everyday Life programs.  You have everything you need inside of you in his moment.  Come join us and see where this journey leads you.

8 week program
