A Bit More Mindfulness in the Park
Mindfulness is the awareness that arises out of being present on purpose in a non-judgmental way. Mindfulness provides a simple but powerful route for getting ourselves unstuck, back in touch with our own wisdom and vitality. It is a way to take charge of the direction and quality of our lives, and relationships within family, work, the larger world and planet, and fundamentally, our relationship with ourselves.
Join me in this Mindful Meditation Series where you will be lead through a series of guided meditation and find a bit of bliss. No prior experience is necessary all are welcome. You have everything you need inside of you for this excursion. So bring your yoga mat, cushion or lawn chair and let's see where this journey takes us.
